Factory Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures of foods factory.
∎ Undertake routine visits to the factory floors and premises to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information and coordinate with cross-functional departments for uninterrupted operations and actions.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and regulatory authorities.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Maintain necessary paper works in the office for record-keeping, correspondence and update relevant files, insurance copies & licenses and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc.
∎ Deal with all admin issues, attendance & leave management, duty roster, overtime, compensation and benefit of casual & daily workers.
∎ Responsible for proper security of the plant and warehouse along with monitoring security department activities and their roster.
∎ Handle all administrative, legal, labor issue, VAT issue, IR issue.
∎ Monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in large factory administration and HR/IR-related positions of a reputed company will be preferred.
