∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Estimation of Building Material as per Drawing.
∎ Prepare BOQs.
∎ Obtain bids from Vendors and Subcontractors by specifying Materials & Specifications.
∎ Identify qualified subcontractors & Negotiate Price.
∎ Review & Evaluate Cost Estimate.
∎ Must have Extensive Knowledge in Building Construction.
∎ Ensure Quality Control & Quality Assurance of Ongoing Products.
∎ Must have the ability to Coordinate & Manage Multiple Projects.
∎ Checking Contractors bill physically by visiting site & verify measurements.
∎ Maintain Liaison with Contractors & Project Engineers.
∎ Prepare Construction Budget by studying Working Plans. Updating Specifications.
∎ Identifying and Projecting costs for each elevation.
∎ Resolves cost discrepancies by Collecting and Analyzing information.
∎ Prepares special reports by Collecting. Analyzing. and Summarizing information and trends.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 (Five) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Effective Time Management Skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
