Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and Direct maintenance work, all type of electrical work, Plumbing, AC install and servicing, Electric meter, Generator maintenance, WASA line problem solution etc.
∎ Plan and execute the interior and decoration work of new branch.
∎ Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staffs.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring critical spares of machine & Keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ To Repair and Maintain Diesel Generator, substation and Lift.
∎ To be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of gas, electricity and other utilities for uninterrupted production.
∎ Plan & generate new ideas implementation for engineering and maintenance work.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in English & have good communication skill.
∎ Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
∎ Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
Salary: Negotiable
