∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Renovation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research, Plan and Execute the Interior Renovation and Decoration work of new branch.
∎ Interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ Supervising Construction work, Interior Renovation, Rectification Work and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures.
∎ Estimate materials and Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), and Material Receiving Report (MRR).
∎ Visit Branches and Sites, Finding Issues, Making Check list and Arrange to Resolve.
∎ Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems of new and existing branch.
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ To guide subordinates with the daily work and evaluate their performance.
∎ To check vendors/ suppliers bills & to understand the respective department.
∎ Should have good idea about local market of civil work materials.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency (Writing and Speaking).
Salary: Negotiable
