∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting and interviewing new hires of electro mechanical staffs (Like, all type of heavy & light vehicle drivers, electro mechanical equipment operators, helper etc.)
∎ Able to outsource all type of electro mechanical staffs on standby basis.
∎ Dealing with elector mechanical staffs schedule changes/transfer, staffs call-ins/tour/ backup, and other staffing issues
∎ Recruiting, practical testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection with in company rules.
∎ Able to understand new equipment operation process that can help for perfect manpower recruitment.
∎ Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment
∎ Take initiative for resolving disputes.
∎ Motivating employee to perform well
∎ Coordinate with central HR due to all HR related issues.
∎ Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Any other job as per management requirements

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
