Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any Recognize University or
∎ Diploma in Electrical in Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and Understanding all electrical and electromechanical drawings related to Building Construction, Electrification, Electrical Equipment's installation (Such as Lift, Generator, Substation etc.)
∎ Coordination with electrical consultant for required electrical drawings and corrections step by step of building construction
∎ Checking electrical conduiting at slabs before slab casting to satisfy maintain drawings
∎ If required prepare budget, Communication with different vendors/ suppliers and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Monitor quality of electrical works as well as supplied material quality.
∎ Checking electrical conduiting works through brick wall
∎ Monitor electrification (Wire pulling, Circuit connections from MDB to SDB to Power Points as well upto electrical fittings)
∎ Ability to calculate electrical loads and recheck before final requisition of electrical fixtures and implementation of works
∎ Look after different electromechanical equipment's such as Vibrator machine, rebar bending machine, mud pump, centrifugal pump, welding machines.
∎ Safety issues monitoring related temporary electrical connections and temporary electrical lines at construction stages.
∎ Monitoring electrical metering and billing system.
∎ Checking bills of electrical contractors/ suppliers and provide clearance report regarding quality of works/ supplied materials

∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Electrical Engineering, Real Estate Development, Site Monitoring, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Candidate must have experience in Real estate/ Construction company.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
