Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support overall maintenance of the department to establish the commitment of zero culture.
∎ Familiar with good working knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental policies, rules, and procedures.
∎ Lead and conduct inspections, removing barriers and execution of safe and efficient electrical and instrumentation repairs.
∎ Mentor electricians and instrument technicians by coaching, mentoring, and day to day supervision
∎ Work with the planner to make scheduler of all predictive, preventive and corrective work pertaining to electrical, instrumentation and control systems
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team for ensuring the flawless delivery of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems parts.
∎ Maintain and update equipment information including parts data and the repairing of files.
∎ Assess requirement of employe's training for assigned task and job.
∎ Ensure smooth shift change by communicating issues and ongoing tasks with operations staff, Maintenance Superintendent, and maintenance staff.
∎ Collect, record and analyze production (including downtime) data to optimize efficiencies and product quality
∎ Performing all required inspection rounds, which includes recording all visual damage and mechanical problems that occur while on shift
∎ Conducting annual performance evaluations
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management

∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experience as Assistant Manager(E&I) in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply.
