Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all team members comply with labor law, Company rules & regulation.
∎ Pro-actively manage any disciplinary, grievance or absence issues that arise from employees.
∎ Ensure that fair, clear and transparent solutions for any kind of grievance & issues, maintain records and share with reporting line.
∎ May assist employees in the solution of personal problems, such as recommending day nurseries for their children and counseling them on personality frictions or emotional adjustments.
∎ Ensure to make a transparent solution for grievance from grievance box, verbal, written or any other way.
∎ Follow up Orientation session (welfare part), Training session, maternity, committee meeting & resolve of meeting minutes issues.
∎ Manage on a day-to-day basis, the factory structure and decision-making framework, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and administered effectively.
∎ Ensure that financial support provided to beneficiaries meets the Charity's criteria and that all systems and processes relating to the allocation of funds are correctly adhered to.
∎ In conjunction with each team member agree a development plan to enable them to update their skills and knowledge.
∎ Produce monthly management information & reporting to management associated with the Welfare team.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & compliance related issue.
