∎ Ensue supply chain processes to meet legal requirements and standard.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to minimize cost.
∎ Minimize the costs involved while maintain quality.
∎ Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers.
∎ Work with procurement head and buyers to source the right products.
∎ Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery.
∎ Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector.
∎ Various type of market visit and collected specific product.
∎ Collected quotation for various suppliers or vendors.
∎ Creating Comparative Statement (CS) and Purchase Order (PO).
