∎ Nuclear Technology/Radiology/Radiotherapy/Electronic and Electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good verbal and written communication in [English/Bengali].
∎ Willingness to travel and work anywhere in Bangladesh..
∎ Hands-on experience with Cyclotron/ Radiology/ Radiotherapy/Electronic and Electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting will get extra advantage.
∎ Having Auto CAD Knowledge candidate will get added advantage.
∎ Understanding of hospital infrastructure and safety protocols.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, commission, and test Cyclotron/ Radiology/ Radiotherapy machine. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown service.
∎ Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, leaks, and pressure regulation.
∎ Ensure all work is done in compliance with relevant safety, quality, and health standards.
∎ Prepare detailed service reports, checklists, and documentation after each visit.
∎ Coordinate with clients (hospital engineers, facility managers, etc.) to schedule and execute work plans.
∎ Train hospital staff on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
∎ Support project teams during installation phases as needed.
∎ Clear knowledge about Company products & services.
∎ Meet the deadline of service demand of customer.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of all current and pending issues.
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
∎ Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers).
∎ Work as a team and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve efficiency.
∎ Stay up to date on Manufacturer standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
∎ Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.- Report to supervisor for operational achievements and progress on a regular basis.
∎ Follow and abide by all Company standard, regulations, and laws.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
