∎ B. Pharm/M. Pharm from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all operations in Production / QC/ Warehouse are performed in accordance with CGMP guidelines.
∎ To review daily floor inspection report and prepare corrective action plan and ensure implementation of the recommended actions.
∎ To check BMR, BPR, IPC and QC data for each batch of product and take approval for final release.
∎ Perform and review Internal Audit and management of CAPA process.
∎ To review SOP related with Quality Compliance activities and implementations of SOPs in accordance with CGMP.
∎ Responsible for supporting quality related customer complaint investigations and trend activities.
∎ Coordinate training in all aspects of Quality Management Systems and GMP including procedural updates to new entrants and existing technical staffs.
∎ Planning and coordinating gap assessments of existing processes and systems using multi-functional teams.
∎ To handle Change control, Deviation, Risk Management process as Issuance, Tracking, Implementation and Closing of Corrective and Preventive action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of relevant experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks.
∎ Must be able to take ownership of and follow through on assignments.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
