∎ M. Pharm / B. Pharm with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the preparation, Updating, checking, Distribution of all QA documents such as SOP, BMR/BPR, QA Manual, Training Manual, Various QA Management Format and also assist other department documents preparation as per guideline.
∎ To co-ordinate with manufacturing department in controlling their process of manufacturing to meet the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
∎ To maintain & review documents like BMR/BPR, SOP etc. and find out any non-conformance for correction and reporting.
∎ Ability to face all kinds of Internal & External audits independently.
∎ Handling, review and monitoring of process validation, cleaning validation and equipment qualification/re-qualification activities.
∎ Preparation and control of SOP as per corporate guidelines.
∎ To monitor & Handle Product Failure Management, market complaint, product recall and implementation of CAPA and reporting.
∎ Routine cGMP auditing of each area for any non-conformity, CAPA implementation and reporting.
∎ Review of batch history and QC test report and Final inspection and batch release of finished products.
∎ Supervision the batch documents Compilation and Archive properly.
∎ To ensure that all documents and records are preserved correctly & Properly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Pharmaceuticals sector is a mandatory.
