Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define project scope, goals and objectives.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
∎ Create and manage project budgets.
∎ Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
∎ Evaluating of eligible vendors/contractors.
∎ Assemble and lead a project team, including engineers, designers, contractors.
∎ Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
∎ Provide direction, support and guidance to the team.
∎ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Monitor project progress and performance.
∎ Manage project risks and issues.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
∎ Track project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
∎ Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and implementation.
∎ Allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials and equipment.
∎ Procure necessary materials and equipment.
∎ Manage subcontractor relationships and contracts.
∎ Implement quality control processes and inspections.
∎ Ensure that the project meets design and engineering specifications.
∎ Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
∎ Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules and reports.
∎ Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
∎ Keep accurate records of project-related correspondence and decisions.
∎ Ensure all project deliverables are completed.
∎ Conduct a final project evaluation and review lessons learned.
∎ Hand over the project on time and obtain final acceptance.
∎ Generating sample designs using computer-aided design (CAD), Photoshop, card models, sketches or hard prototypes.
∎ Preparing BOQ.
∎ Plans projects based on the analysis of relevant materials such as drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, survey reports, maps, and other geologic and topographical data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in civil engineering.
∎ Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and regulations.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
∎ Financial acumen for budget management
∎ Experience- 15 years+.
∎ Applicable position-Basis on Qualification/Experience & Skills.
∎ B.Sc/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution
