Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in SCM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial and Bond Customs, Procurement, SCM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, execute and maintain procurement department as per guidance of authority.
∎ Implement smooth supply, delivery process for the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with custom / govt. regulatory officials to obtain licensing & manage custom related issues.
∎ Keep updated stock in & out, product reference update & preparing procurement policy.
∎ To source, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for buying quality materials with competitive price and delivered on time for production.
∎ Set strategic relationships with key suppliers for the company's needs.
∎ Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of materials.
∎ Preparation & verification of purchase deeds work orders.
∎ Maintain a supply chain network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database and are aligned with the companies Ethics & policy.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering the incoming goods on timely.
∎ Maintain & process time and action plan for all order as well as follow-up regularly.
∎ Verify the vendors' financial condition and ability.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts
∎ Conduct business review meetings with the key stakeholders to assess risk, review upcoming strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
∎ Should aware of inflation, technology failure, change in policies, high competition, and changes in consumer tastes and preferences
∎ Expertise in reducing inventory waste and minimizing warehouse holding Expenses

Additional Requirements:
∎ EPZ working experience in large multinational company will add advantage.
∎ Proven experience in managing procurement, supply chain.
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, SOP, SLA, KPI, Invoicing, and negotiation terms
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
∎ Experienced in collecting and analyzing data
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
∎ Experience in managing large inventory and bulk purchase.
