Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Public/Reputed Private Engineering University.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Construction Estimating, Designing, Formwork, Mechanical Design, Ventilation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Drafting, BOQ, Machanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, MS Project, Project Planning, Shuttering, Ventilation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulating the record of FW (Shuttering) Materials & Equipment from MIS from report and stock report received from Projects.
∎ Arranging repair and modification of old shutters and making of new shutters at workshop.
∎ Controlling misuse of FW materials and ensuring optimum utilization of materials.
∎ Making analysis for metal fabrication work, Pile support work and supervise the execution of the same.
∎ Designing the Mechanical Basement Ventilation system of the projects.
∎ Preparing BoQ and Estimate for Mechanical Basement Ventilation System according to Design.
∎ Follow up with SCM for Issuing work order for the Mechanical basement ventilation system by evaluating the Technical Specification of the Vendor.
∎ Supervising Installation work, Commissioning & Handover the Mechanical Basement Ventilation System Maintaining Proper Quality of Work.
∎ Preparing the shutter shop drawing by Auto-CAD both Vertical and Slab.
∎ Preparing of Shutter module for maximum uses of shutter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD.
∎ Handy in MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
