Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG), Tyre manufacturer, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
