Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement any works & project undertaken by the authority.
∎ Coordinate with the consultants, architects, & designers for new projects.
∎ Make BOQ, Tenders documents, comparison statements, contract documents, work orders, material requisition & other documents of the projects.
∎ Study the structural, architectural & other design/drawing of the project & execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Monitoring & supervising all construction works of the projects.
∎ Estimate materials in accordance with design & construction requirement.
∎ Check the quality and quantity of the required construction materials.
∎ Prepare, Check and verify the bill of the contractors.
∎ Work with the internal & external auditors to verify the bill of the contractors.
∎ Execute all the repair & maintenance works inside the factory.
∎ Guide & supervise the junior engineers, officers & field supervisors of the department.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the works & projects to the higher authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Project related experience.
∎ Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc..
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Deadline-driven.
∎ Organized and focused.
∎ Must be well Communication.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
