Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth hospital operations.
∎ Coordinate interdepartmental activities and maintain effective communication channels.
∎ Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
∎ Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
∎ Foster a positive work environment and address staff concerns promptly.
∎ Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Assist in developing and updating administrative policies and protocols.
∎ Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets.
∎ Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective operations.
∎ Oversee maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and services.
∎ Organize hospital events, meetings, and training sessions.
∎ Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
∎ Maintain accurate records of administrative activities.
∎ Generate regular reports for senior management review.
