Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM or Management from a reputed public or private university.
∎ 8 to 10 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Maintain the database and ensure employee attendance (both for permanent employees and third-party employees).
∎ Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
∎ Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Responsible for protocol and event management, scrap and waste management, and transport management (company cars and vendor cars).
∎ Ensure the security management (both the manned security and CCTV camera observations are on time).
∎ Responsible for canteen management (ensuring to provide hygienic and balanced working food with a constant budget).
∎ Control and manage the HR and administrative budgets and acumen activities.
∎ Keep updated on all types of factory/HQ licenses, such as factory licenses, trade licenses, environment licenses, explosive licenses, and acid licenses, and be able to maintain good relations with and negotiate with the respected government bodies.
∎ Responsible for billing Issues like checking all monthly bills, such as overtime (OT), lunch, snacks, daily labor (DL), canteen, cleaning and stationary bills, courier bills, etc.
∎ Responsible for legal matters such preparing & putting into effect various forms of company agreements.
∎ Maintain company properties such as land and buildings.
∎ Monitor the housekeeping and gardening of the organization.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions, including facilities management, IT, office services, etc.
