Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
∎ Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
∎ Monitor vehicle and driver availability to avoid delivery delays.
∎ Oversee the loading and unloading of ceramic products to prevent damage.
∎ Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and transporters. Track shipments and address any delays or issues proactively.
∎ Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery notes, and invoices.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for transportation, including permits and customs clearance (if applicable).
∎ Monitor stock movement to align with delivery schedules.
∎ Ensure on-time and damage-free deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Supervise drivers, delivery personnel, and logistics staff.
∎ Analyze delivery expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose improvements.
∎ Implement best practices for inventory and transportation management.
∎ Analyse and submit reports to Higher Management.
