∎ Lead and mentor a team of business development executives to achieve sales targets.
∎ Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members in client acquisition and relationship management.

∎ Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools, Power Management Tools, Design Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
