∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed public and private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive communication with clients to complete their apartment and commercial space registration.
∎ Coordination with Logistics regarding registration readiness of completed projects.
∎ Periodical coordination with Legal and Logistics to update project documentation.
∎ Resolve customer issues via phone or face to face.
∎ Constant follow up on clients pending issues up to accomplishment.
∎ Advice on any information the customer may need.
∎ Prepare list of signed TPA (project wise) with lending companies and handover property documents accordingly.
∎ Develop self by earning knowledge and review self-daily activities.
∎ Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans, maintain all communication as per set calendar.
∎ Regular attendance in morning meeting, display seven habits in action.
∎ Prepare and submit quarterly, monthly and fortnightly action plans and review weekly.
∎ Maintain proactive communication with all internal and external customers, record all discussion and give feedback within time as per CS Manual.
∎ Be well groomed, well mannered, smile and other customer service attributes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Managerial and leadership skill
∎ Sound Product and Industry Knowledge
∎ Customer Handling
∎ Strong Interpersonal and communication skill
