Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build up cordial relationship with existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain customer record and follow up system.
∎ Make calls to enhance new client base.
∎ Attend prospective walk-in clients; give quotation with consultation of Sales/Service departments.
∎ Provide support to necessary information.
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service issues.
∎ Collect necessary information from clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Online (web/ e-mail) Support.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Real Estate business.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla required.
