Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of corporate clients and other customers and also coordinated service by efficiently being accurately, available in timely manner as and when required.
∎ Deals patients complaints and provide solutions according to proper guideline of the organization escalate superiors issue to as necessary.
∎ Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule.
∎ Supervisory role play in almost every customer service point of the hospital when and where it is required in the outpatient area.
∎ Communicating all relevant information to Manager with relevant importance and urgency.
∎ In depth involvement in orientation and training of new staff in CRD and Appointment Desk.
∎ Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients' service excellence.
∎ Prepare rosters of CRD staff with an un-biased impersonal view to maximize employee output in live with their personal strength points.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ethical conflict handling ability with demonstrated diplomatic approach soft spoken ability.
∎ Sound computer literacy particularly in Microsoft office also internet browsing, email etc.
∎ Ability to work in corporate environment and pressure.
