∎ Monitor and track delinquent accounts within the organization's portfolio.
∎ Analyze and assess the reasons for delinquency and develop strategies to address them.
∎ Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies, including negotiation, legal actions, and settlement agreements.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
∎ Contact delinquent account holders to discuss repayment options, negotiate payment plans, and provide guidance on resolving outstanding debt.
∎ Collaborate with legal teams to initiate legal actions, including filing lawsuits, obtaining judgments, and executing liens or garnishments when necessary.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all actions taken in the recovery process.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding recovery progress and performance.
∎ Ensure all documentation, including loan agreements, security documents, and correspondence, are accurately maintained and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Oversee a team of recovery agents and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team objectives are met.
∎ Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues within the credit portfolio and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit recovery and adapt strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce losses.
∎ Age at least 26 years

∎ Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
