Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To create and implement corporate marketing plans for hospitals and medical facilities.
∎ • To promote services to the corporate office/healthcare professionals
∎ • To build effective marketing campaigns.
∎ • To visit corporate office and try to tie-up with our organization.
∎ • To promote services that attracts consumers and generates a growing revenue stream.
∎ • To establish aggressive advertising plans that develops more loyal patient relationships.
∎ • Analyze market trends to estimate service demands and target the right consumer audience.
∎ • To make consumers more aware to improve their health.
∎ • To coordinate and assist in organizing CME, RTD, seminars.
∎ • Set the marketing target & set strain for the achievement.
∎ • Develop daily reporting data sheet & pleased to the superior or line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Looking smart & energetic.
∎ • Experienced on insurance hospitalization plan/cashless services.
∎ • Possess good business development techniques and negotiation skills.
∎ • Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ • Strong communication skills (English & Bangla).
∎ • Proficient in common Microsoft software such World and Excel.
∎ • Possess corporate customer-handling techniques.
∎ • Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ • Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ • Present one-self in an appropriate manner i.e. dress code and personal hygiene.
∎ • Able to use appropriate choice of words and actions when dealing with both internal and external customers.
