Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Special course/ Diploma in Commercial & Supply chain will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Commercial/ Purchase, Supply Chain, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The development and execution of procurement and commercial strategies which are aligned with category plans, company & business objectives
∎ To create strategic relationship with suppliers
∎ L/C opening process, Bank dealings, port dealings etc
∎ Adequate knowledge in customs duty & tax
∎ To work with import & export planning, purchase & distribution planning
∎ Pre & post costing of L/C & products to ensure standard procedure
∎ Support HOD to run the Commercial Department of the Group effectively and efficiently
∎ Responsible to handle Customs, C&F, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Banking and Export-Import duty and VAT-TAX issues
∎ Have sound knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial item and H.S. Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to Import & Export, International Correspondence
∎ Have practical knowledge of Import (Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Chittagong and Dhaka Customs, Bond) and Exports
∎ Other Task Given by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advance excel, Tally, ERP knowledge, writing and good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
