∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Commercial (Customs-Bond) functions of the company to execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Review or update Commercial activities / practices in accordance with new or changing standards, regulations and laws of national & international.
∎ Manage and control customs & revenue activities related to the company.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, Bond, C&F, and BGMEA, concern Banks, Candidate must have the practical working experience in the area of BTB, L/C & collect PRC from Bank.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, bond formalities
∎ Obtain/renewal of all kind of related licenses e.g. ERC, IRC, and Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB, BGMEA and Fire license.
∎ Follow up of import L/C and ensure proper HS Code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with custom.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Must have knowledge about the import & export rules. Good in problem solving and decision making skill which require independent and original thinking. The candidate must have experience in the RMG woven sector. Must have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export. Sound knowledge on MS Word & MS Excel. Excellent verbal and written skill in Bengali & English. Must have good knowledge on operating computer software.
