Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Bank for LC and other relevant Issues.
∎ Prepare the import plan with the store and procurement team.
∎ Negotiate with all relevant vendors.
∎ Negotiate with forwarding agents for the freight related issue.
∎ Track and monitor all incoming shipments.
∎ Follow up the delivery schedule.
∎ Report to management about the delivery and upcoming stock every week.
∎ Analyse cost for each item and report to supervisor.
∎ Keep record of all cost related issues and report to supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
