∎ MBA from reputed University is preferable
∎ Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, construction project Management

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take full responsibility to run the projects.
∎ Knowledge of various construction management works such as land development, pilings, building structure, Building Finishing etc. in Power Plant / Substation / Transmission Line construction related works.
∎ Flexible to work carry out of duty at any time in any session of the day
∎ Should have professional behavior, honesty & Integrity.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibility smoothly
∎ Meet foreign officials, attend all their meetings.
∎ Any other engineering tasks assigned by the management in any station
∎ Provide constant guidance to all department heads, conduct daily, weekly meeting to track productivity and budget.
∎ Suggest process and method innovation to optimize.
∎ Engage appropriate subcontractor for smooth and organized progress of project work in time, quality, cost and resource in an effective manner.
∎ Drive the project execution team including PM, CMs to complete the project on time, on budget with no fatality.
∎ Time to time present all reports to the CEO.
∎ Commitment to continue for at least 4 years
∎ Monitoring construction progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
∎ Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and suggestions to project managers to implement those decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have 7+ Years of experience in the related field
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary of motivation.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is required.
∎ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
∎ Must be in sound health condition.
∎ Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.
∎ Must have the ability to communicate in English.
∎ Good Presentation skill.
