Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All Contractor's rate negotiation, bill checking & processing.
∎ Prepare the CS, BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.
∎ Generate contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
∎ Respective Work order checking to confirm all terms and condition.
∎ Bill Submission to Audit and Co-Ordinate Certifying Hard copy of bill from audit.
∎ Processing Bill in ERP like Advance certificate Creating, Abstract Creating, and confirming BOQ from BPC.
∎ Before Earth Cutting or dismantling work at project, Verifying Work Quantity With Audit personal By physical visit.
∎ Prepare contractor rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
∎ Sourcing new contactors according to the construction plan.
