Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check contractor enrollment status; keep record of total R/A bills amount at the final bill settlement stage on regular basis.
∎ Cross check & verify quantity & quality of periodical bills (i.e R/A bill)/Final bill with concern person before proceed for payments.
∎ Monitor project daily labor work & check Masson Register & MB on regular basis.
∎ Prepare monthly labor payment fund budget, project closing report etc.
∎ Prepare physical measurement report before hand over for individual project.
∎ Ensure proper billing procedures set by AMG are followed during the bill preparation and forwarded to supervisor for further operation.
∎ Co-ordinate with all stake holder relate to bill payment to get approval for the bills.
∎ Generate various quantity & quality reports relate to submitted bills and forwarded to line supervisor as well as Executive Director (E&C)
∎ Ensure security amount is deposited in favor of company before proving work order.
∎ Corresponding with Accounts Department for sub-contractors payments smoothly.
∎ Various assign job by Executive Director (E&C)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience for bill preparation, checking including quality checking.
