∎ BBA / MBA / Master in any discipline / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemical/Textile engineering or Bachelor / from reputed University.
∎ PGD in a relevant field or Diploma in Supply Chain Management would get preference.

Job Context:
∎ Position Objectives:
∎ The Duties of Back Office Operation involves dealing with various responsibilities and obligations. Major responsibility is to deliver the specific product idea to procurement department as per customer requirement. The incumbent is also accountable to develop and maintain essential functional techniques and systems such as overall management of operations team and office. He / She has to ensure proper and smooth operations of the organization by implementing the business strategies and managing everything from security to information technology.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to communicate promptly and professionally with customers via email or telephone regarding their inquiries and properly follow up about queries.
∎ Responsible to attain RFQ and deliver them to the procurement department as per the specific product category.
∎ Develop CS (ensuring price, delivery, stock availability) at least from three suppliers as per RFQ and take approval then forward the final price to the customer and confirm the order.
∎ Coordinate with logistics, Finance and other departments to complete the Customer order cycle.
∎ Co-ordination with Content Management Department, Business Development Department and all other verticals to incorporate progressive changes.
∎ Able to develop and maintain good relationships with customers, attain them on time, give feedback on their query.
∎ Develop plans for smooth operation and improve current practices and processes, provide innovative thinking, work with leadership and various teams to execute the plans, conduct statistical analysis and establish key business relationships.
∎ Proactively look at new and unique ways to market and establish a strong presence in the market place.
∎ Managing and improving the functional processes, policies, and techniques in the assistance of the company’s objective.
∎ Proactively look at new and unique ways to establish a strong operational structure
∎ Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred at least 03 years of relevant working experience in a similar E-commerce B2B industry.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with customers.
∎ Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent performer.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
∎ Proficient in Computer Operation and should have Knowledge of executing SAP/ERP software.
∎ Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
∎ Having practical knowledge about B2B E-commerce back office operation will be an added advantage.
