∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and execute routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of factory and company vehicles
∎ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues and ensure timely troubleshooting
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating with the procurement team
∎ Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow and proper task delegation
∎ Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and factory guidelines
∎ Maintain records of repairs, service history, and parts replacements
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workshop performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities
∎ Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvement
∎ Maintain team discipline and ensure efficient workforce management
∎ Lead team meetings and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
