Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage design briefs
∎ Conduct comprehensive design reviews & accommodate and integrate review feedback.
∎ Review all authority drawings for authority submission (planning permit drawings, SPP drawings, DTCA drawings, RAJUK drawings, CB drawings).
∎ Manage relationships with consultants.
∎ Maintain and manage the product development timeline.
∎ Calculate salable areas & create detailed project profiles.
∎ Prepare brochure materials.
∎ Conduct client meetings & prepare modification plans per client requirements.
