Job Responsibilities:
∎ Aquaculture Supply Chain candidate should have knowledge about work at facilities that grow and harvest fish products for commercial sale or for keeping stocks replenished. They also need to supervise and train field workers about the right amount of product is made at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product.
∎ Develop appropriate aquaculture supply chain system at project implementation areas to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the aquaculture product sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
∎ Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
∎ Planning in time delivery system, ensure enough product stock within organization and also ensure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
∎ Facilitate order collection from agents, raise purchase orders with selected partners (or suppliers or vendors) for goods and services, and ensure delivery from supplier end on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3/4 years of professional experience in aqua or fisheries products Supply chain management.
∎ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
∎ Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong sense of time organization and urgency
∎ Able to work independently and within a team
∎ Willing to travel to field operations when required
