∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electro-Mechanical relevant operation & maintenance works like Substation, Generator, Passenger Lift, Fire Protection & Detection System, LPG Reticulated System, CCTV System, plumbing & Sanitary system as well as High Rise Residential cum Commercial Building Management systems (BMS).
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Must be understanding drawing and design.
∎ Must have experience in pipe laying (HDPE, SDR, MS, RCC), welding in underground activity.
∎ Must have maintenance experience in mechanical works.
∎ Good knowledge of HSE, industrial safety, lifting & confined space etc.
∎ Must Have experience in Lift, Generator, Substation Maintenance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance team.
∎ Prepare own planning works.
∎ Overall management, implementation, supervision, and coordination of all the projects.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, guidelines, and regulations across the maintenance team
∎ Develop and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task execution and high-performance standards.
∎ Assign maintenance tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations of the maintenance team.
∎ Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
∎ Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, machine performance, and audit results for senior management.
∎ Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
