Job Context:

∎ Working Hours: 10 AM to 9 PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
∎ Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
∎ Maintain customer complaint register & staff movement register.
∎ Provide information by answering questions and requests, provide general support to visitors, answer and direct phone calls, maintain contact lists.
∎ Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries, receive, sort and distribute the mail.
∎ Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
∎ Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system, develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, coordinate office procedures.
∎ Any other duties, assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience and relevant diplomas in HR, Admin, and Procurement will add extra value and will be considered in educational qualification;
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experience in Manpower Recruitment Sector (BAIRA Agency) or related field.
∎ Proficient with most mainstream office software, including Microsoft Office Application, Adobe Photoshop, Email, Web and, Internet Browsing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines, adapt to change, and flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probationary period: 3 months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization.
∎ After confirmation as permanent staff, he will have entitled two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities, and other benefits as per organization policy.
