∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
∎ Maintain employee records and manage payroll processing.
∎ Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
∎ Supervise office supplies, logistics, and vendor management.
∎ Organize training and development programs for employees.
