∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electricity Connections and others with DESCO/ DPDC/ REB/ PDB:
∎ Install the substation by equipment agreement with vendor, substation room preparation, H.T cable wiring up to pole.
∎ Get approval of construction connection, electrical pole approval, shifting & remove, connection shutdown as required.
∎ Ensure HT connection, load sanction from DESCO/DPDC/PDB.
∎ Monitor bill and take the necessary action as required.
∎ Work with Dhaka North/South City Corporation
∎ Collect the existing holding tax information and update the due duly.
∎ Get construction holding tax approval timely.
∎ Existing holding ownership change as required.
∎ Get permission for road cutting from City Corporation for electrical, water, sewerage & gas connection.
∎ WASA Connection and Related Aspects:
∎ Change existing connection and get approval 1.5" connection.
∎ Get existing or new connection 6"/8" sewerage connection approval.
∎ Shift existing meter and change as per requirement.
∎ Check existing bill and update the due duly.
∎ Fire Service and Civil Defense Authority
∎ Get approval for fire safety plan and sub-station room.
∎ Manage Conditional occupancy certificate.
∎ Titas Gas Authority and Department of Environment
∎ Get new connection in stipulated time.
∎ Ensure NOC renewal and get environmental certificate from Department of Environment.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Prepare monthly reports all assigned projects with reflecting progress of individual project and submit those to respective respective Management within assigned time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in Government Agencies navigation.
∎ Good knowledge in negotiation.
∎ Sound knowledge in rules & regulations related to DESCO/ DPDC/ REB/ PDB/City Corporation/ WASA, Titas Gas Authority and Department of Environment.
∎ Working Relationship:
∎ External: All Govt. ‘NOC’, approval authorities such as DESCO/DPDC, WASA, TITAS Gas, Fire, DNCC/DSCC, DMP, Civil Aviation, Ward Councilor, Environment & RAJUK.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
