∎ Should have at least 03 years of experience as Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager in HR , & Admin Group of Company. The candidate should have experience in Admin, HR & Compliance of reputed Footwear industry. Sound knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, ISO,HIGG, LFMEAB, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law relevant to Footwear sector. The candidate should have practical experience on labor law 2006 & amendment in 2015/2018.Proficiency in writing English & Bengali. Should be outspoken, smart, strategic thinker·
