Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of assigned KPI of Supply Chain Department;
∎ Ensure daily operational activities to maximize the process efficiency and productivity;
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy;
∎ Collaborate with Business Planning, Research & Development, Marketing & Merchandising, Central Planning, Planning Monitoring & Control Department & Textile Operations;
∎ Maintain liaison with Accounts & Finance, Commercial, Customs Bond, C&F and other Manufacturing & Operational teams for smooth functioning;
∎ Identify process of bottlenecks and suggest to implement solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates to achieve business plan;
∎ Play a major role in building/maintaining strategic & sustainable business relationship with suppliers and also do the yearly supplier’s evaluations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
