Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (At least 15 years)
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (At least 10 Years)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All the mechanical activities related with the plant maintenance and projects.
∎ To develop and implement the preventive and predictive maintenance system.
∎ To responsible for maximizing the plant reliability and reducing the down time and Mean Time Between Break down (MTBB).
∎ To assist the management in developing long term and short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ To assist the management in project evaluation, project planning and execution of project(s), within agreed time and budget.
∎ To liaise with various functional teams in achieving the overall management targets.
∎ To develop and implement SOP in the functional area.
∎ To ensure the house keeping and cleanliness of the plant/machinery is maintained.

Salary: Negotiable
