Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Mechanical is responsible for overseeing the mechanical systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and safe operation of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems. Responsibilities include operational oversight, budget management, team leadership, compliance, sustainability initiatives, project management, service and complaint management, and technology integration.
