Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the First Mile & Last Mile functions with Customer Focus; manage customize enhance delivery options to customers in terms of Goods handling, appointments, and so on.
∎ Build a culture of ownership, empowerment, and customer obsession.
∎ Straight the business focus by defining track and improve on key metrics pertaining to non-large delivery and customer delight in terms of delivery service
∎ Plan, design, and operate new optimize delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams; lead continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation
∎ Coordinate with other Business Units in the process of strategic decision making with respect to organization and build strong technology/System/for Logistics Operations.
∎ Monitor the financial budgeting & execution.
∎ Develop, mentor, and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals and making growth path/strategy for Business and team.
∎ Motivate the team for continuous performance improvement and excellence and keeping employee attrition to a minimum
∎ Develop and maintain consistent feedback activities/mechanisms to ascertain the services levels of Delivery Hubs and each FE and encourage improvements
∎ Supervise the overall Zonal KPI matrix, cost control & P & L of the region, and new process implementations & innovations.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (tech/products/SCM/vendors/business) for implementing new solutions in a seamless way
∎ Lead SCM-Performance KPIs, dashboards, and matrices with reference to cost efficiency & productivity.
∎ Inception of the data-driven Operational & Process Improvement projects and partner with relevant stakeholders for resolutions of inefficiencies/ problems/bottlenecks.
∎ Plan, develop, organize & evaluate end to end logistics operations processes (first mile, transport, last-mile) in line with quality, speed, productivity & budget objectives
∎ Finalize detailed process creation/improvement plans, formulate new/revised SOPs for ground teams and develop performance monitoring mechanisms.
