∎ Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
∎ Strong IT skills as you will be working with IT systems and logistics and inventory management software

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The ability to lead and motivate a team
∎ Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
∎ Time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Controlling delivery schedules, vehicle routes, inventory levels, and transportation expenses
∎ Managing delivery concerns, coordinating and managing the order cycle, and making sure that orders are appropriately prioritized and completed on time
∎ Extracting and analyzing daily performance reports, assessing internal and third-party logistics suppliers' (3PLs) performance and quality
∎ Presenting results to upper management and creating and carrying out performance improvement plans
∎ Managing and allocating personnel resources in accordance with evolving demands Leading and inspiring a team of employees
∎ Communicating and negotiating with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics
∎ Expanding the company by acquiring new contracts, analyzing logistical issues, and coming up with solutions
∎ Recognizing, utilizing, and contributing to the growth of business
∎ Despite legal restrictions, rising fuel prices, and mounting environmental challenges, always strive to enhance and expand corporate performance
∎ Creating fresh or different approaches to provide Knowing and following health and safety protocols
∎ Finding, organizing, and overseeing logistics initiatives that will boost productivity, adaptability, and performance
∎ Using specialized knowledge to offer consulting services, such as mechanical handling systems
∎ Controlling delivery schedules, vehicle routes, inventory levels, and transportation expenses
∎ Managing delivery concerns, coordinating and managing the order cycle, and making sure that orders are appropriately prioritized and completed on time
