Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strong management & technical skills to ensure proper implementation of project work.
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders likes local authorities, project adjacent neighbors, Consultants, etc.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute work according to master schedule & provide feedback.
∎ Arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the quality of work & take initiative accordingly.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Should have at least 2 basements project hand over experience.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
