Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and regulations.
∎ Oversee overall project planning and execution, focusing on cost reduction, scheduling efficiency, and performance optimization.
∎ Coordinate with engineering consultants to ensure seamless project execution and efficient workflow.
∎ Regularly assess actual progress against planned milestones and take necessary corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing construction work and address any emerging issues.
∎ Identify and resolve project challenges by providing practical solutions to engineers.
∎ Manage project budgets, oversee resource utilization, and ensure proper material allocation for construction sites.
∎ Train and supervise both technical and non-technical staff within the Construction and Engineering teams.
∎ Review and verify payment requests from contractors, testing laboratories, and consulting engineers.
∎ Collect project data and prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ Provide technical guidance to project teams on all construction-related tasks.
∎ Analyze and interpret construction designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
