Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12-15 years' experience in reputed Real Estate companies

Salary: Negotiable
