Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
∎ Follow applicable protocol and process necessary workflow.
∎ Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality of customer service.
∎ Able to conduct meeting with customer to receive optional changes and inform construction department with necessary formalities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-6 years' experience as a Customer care representative in Real Estate Company for Senior Executive.
∎ Minimum 6-8 years' experience as a Customer care representative in Real Estate Company for Assistant Manager.
∎ Computer knowledge must.
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto-CAD Software.
∎ Female will be given more priority.
